Fresh Air Supply Fans

Roof and wall mounted filtered and non-filtered fresh air supply fans and kitchen make up air fans. The primary use of these fans is for filtered make-up air in kitchen hood applications but may also be specified for make-up air in commercial and industrial applications such as manufacturing and assembly areas. Centrifugal Filtered Supply Fans are used to replace exhausted fumes, vapors and gases with fresh, filtered make-up air in commercial and industrial applications such as manufacturing and assembly areas, kitchens, athletic clubs and many others.

In many applications when a make-up air or supply fan is required such as commercial cooking hood exhaust, the make-up air typically equals 80%-100% of the total exhaust fan performance. In this instance, the make-up air serves to provide the kitchen exhaust fan the required air needed to prevent expensive air conditioned, heated or tempered air from being lost through the exhaust fan.
